PURPOSE: A notebook computer pouch cooler is provided to effectively cool a notebook computer by evenly passing the wind in the lower part of the notebook computer. CONSTITUTION: A body comprises an upper plate and a lower plate, and an air passage in inside. A cooling fan is installed to the body and blows the air to the air passage. A ventilation hole is formed in the upper plate and in the part except a part locating on the top of the cooling fan. The air flowed with the cooling fan is flowed into the ventilation hole through the air passage and cools a notebook computer placed on the body.
