PURPOSE: A solid phase welding method using a friction stir joint welding method is provided to make a junction line part flat and even by filling the connection part by the plastic deformation of a charged adhesion material. CONSTITUTION: A solid phase welding method using a friction stir joint welding method comprises the next step. Combining target members(200,250) are arranged to face to each other, and adhesion material is charged between jointing surfaces through a junction line. While a friction heat generating tool(100) moves along the junction line of two members, the combining surface is plastically deformed. The deformed combining surfaces are cured by adding vertical pressure. Two members are consecutively welded according to the junction line.
