PURPOSE: A waterproofing sheet is provided to enable the application to a waterproofing construction method capable of adhering an adhesive part and to enhance a barrier property for root foundation of various plants. CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing sheet composition comprises a rubber component and a reinforcing agent filler. The rubber component includes (A) 50-80 parts by weight of a halobutyl rubber, (B) 5-20 parts by weight of liquid phase isoprene rubber, and (C) 15-30 parts by weight of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber. A+B+C is 100 and 40-75 parts by weight of polybutene is further included based on the rubber component. The reinforcing agent filler comprises (D) 40-80 parts by weight of silica, (E) 50-90 parts by weight of talc, and (F) 20-50 parts by weight of carbon black.
