PURPOSE: A rod, a keeper and a minimum invasive surgery system for backbone are provided to behave like a rigid body or flexibly and to be easily inserted into a physical body. CONSTITUTION: A cable(250) is extended to a longitudinal direction. The first load part(210) fixes one side of the cable. A grip portion(230) fixes the other side of the cable at one side and performs a gripping operation by a rod holder at the other side. The second rod part(220) penetrates the cable at one side and holds one side of the grip portion at the other side. An adjusting portion(240) penetrates the cable, is arranged between the first rod part and the second rod part, and performs a behaviour elastically on an operation force.
