PURPOSE: A cooking image and advertisement content transmitting apparatus and method thereof through a service authentication number are provided to confirm the cleanness state and mood of restaurants through service certification numbers. CONSTITUTION: If a customer places an order in a restaurant as a CNS(Clean and Safe) restaurant, a restaurant operator supplies CNS authentication number to the customer(S10, S12). The customer accesses a website of a CNSWAS(CNS Web Application Server)(S14). The CNS authentication number is transmitted through network to the CNS WAS. The CNS WAS searches FOR the received CNS authentication number. The CNS WAS requests session connection to an IP-camera(S16).
