PURPOSE: An unmanned workout management system is provided to analyze a transmitted state of a central management computer through communication with a fitness apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A card reader recognizes each individual. A central management computer stores health information. Each individual plans exercise order at a front desk. A fitness apparatus(400) controls distance, weight, and times. The fitness apparatus transmits distance, weight, and times after exercising each individual. Each person receives a health management service in a counseling room(300). |
