<p>PURPOSE: A producing method of a lightweight construction material using sludge waste is provided to secure the excellent intensity and the water permeability of the lightweight construction material. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a lightweight construction material using sludge waste comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of sludge waste by weight, 10~60parts of feldspar by weight, 30~110parts of bentonite by weight, 40~100parts of zeolite by weight, 40~110parts of yellow soil by weight, 30~160parts of mica by weight, and 30~40parts of pyrophylite by weight; molding the obtained mixture; and plasticizing the molded mixture at 1,140~1,200deg C for 3~5hours.</p> |
