PURPOSE: An optical disc holder facilitating handling and installing is provided to install a frequently used optical disc to a corresponding device or a noticeable place. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rear bending type relay portions(12) is connected along the circumference of a push portion(11) in the same intervals. The rear bending type relay portion respectively has a holding portion(121) for the center hole of an optical disc. A plurality of vertical bending type connection portions(13) is connected to the each relay portion. A mounting plate(20) includes a mounting portion(21) and a center hole(22). The center hole is penetrated to the center of the mounting portion. The connection portion of a snap member(10) is connected along to the circumference of the center hole.
