PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyamide reverse osmosis separation membrane is provided to obtain polyamide reverse osmosis separation membrane which has the high salt rejection rate and the high flow property by introducing additionally the after treatment process using organic salt aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the polyamide reverse osmosis separation membrane manufactures polyamide reverse osmosis separation membrane and includes as the after treatment process the additional steps of: immersing the manufactured polyamide reverse osmosis separation membrane in the organic salt solution including the organic acid and amine(i); washing the polyamide reverse osmosis separation membrane with distilled water(ii). The organic acid is selected from the group of camphorsulfonic acid, hydrochloric acid, methanesulfonic acid and trifluoroacetic acid. The polyamide reverse osmosis separation membrane includes the porous scaffold and polyamide active layer formed in the at least, one side of porous scaffold.
