PURPOSE: A low-gloss thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, processability, and quenching effect and to enable effective application to a door handle, roof rack cover, and electric and electronic housing. CONSTITUTION: A low-gloss thermoplastic resin composition includes 20-70 weight% of polyester, 20-70 weight% of polycarbonate, 1-15 weight% of an impact reinforcing agent, 0.1-10 weight% of an ethylene/alkylacrylate copolymer having a glycidyl methacrylate functional group, and 0.1-10 weight% of a quenching agent. The quenching agent is a copolymer prepared by polymerizing an acrylonitrile monomer and diepoxide of chemical formula 6.
