PURPOSE: A multilayer laminate and a method for preparing the same are provided to simplify film laminate structure and to reduce process number. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer laminate comprises: a stainless steel plate(100); an adhesive layer(110) applied on the upper portion of the stainless steel plate; a color print layer(220) which is laminated on the adhesive layer; a PET(polyethylene terephthalate) film(210) having a color print layer on the bottom; a UV coating layer(230) formed on the upper portion of the PET film. A method for manufacturing the multilayer laminate comprises: a step of forming a color print layer on the lower portion of the PET film to form a laminate structure of the PET film; a step of applying the adhesive layer on the upper portion of the stainless steel plate; and a step of laminating the laminate structure of PET film.
