The device (D) has a die (200) defining outer shape of a flexible container and for receiving dosed quantity of pasty food products. A punch (300) is introduced into the die and defined by hollow interior volume. The die and/or the punch are heated in order to ensure cooking of the products until obtaining the flexible container with closed end. The punch is preformed on withdrawal volume in which the pasty food products are introduced to ensure maintenance of the products in a position. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a fabrication device.
