PURPOSE: A storage container for cutting underwater plasma and a cutting method of underwater plasma are provided to weld an object by separably installing the storage container on a support surface in which the object is arranged. CONSTITUTION: A storage container for cutting an underwater plasma comprises a support unit(110), a body unit(120), a connection unit(130), and a sealing unit. The support unit is separably installed in a support surface(152). The body unit is connected to the support unit and accepts water for submerging the cut part of an object(154). The connection unit is installed between the support unit and the body unit. The sealing unit is installed between the body unit and the connection unit.
