PURPOSE: An array substrate for an in-plane switching mode LCD and a method of fabricating the same is provided to restrict a color shift phenomenon by a viewing angle variation. CONSTITUTION: An array substrate for an in-plane switching mode LCD comprises a gate line(103) which is linearly extended to a predetermined direction on a substrate in which a pixel region is defined, a common line which is formed on a border line of a first and a second domain in parallel with the gate line, a data line which defines a pixel region by being intersected with the gate line, and a TFT(Tr) which is connected with two lines around the intersection area in which the gate line and the data line cross each other. |
