PURPOSE: A stick for permanent is provided to lengthen the service life of a rubber band and to prevent the rubber band from being separated from the stick for permanent. CONSTITUTION: A stick(100) for permanent comprises a body of a board shape and a rubber band groove(120). The width of the body is narrower than the width of a permanent rod. One side of the body is convex and has a prescribed thickness. The permanent rod can be fixed by hanging a rubber band in both side grooves after rolling hair thereon. The rubber band groove is dug in one side of the body in the width direction of the body.
