The instrument (10) has a bar-like handle (20) arranged at a slotted sleeve (30). An axis of the sleeve and an axis of the handle enclose a pointed angle. The handle is arranged on a side of the sleeve turned away from a slot (31). The pointed angle amounts between the axis of the sleeve and the axis of the handle between 10 degree and 85 degree. The slot exhibits thread width. Length of the sleeve amounts between 10 mm and 150 mm. The handle is detachably connected with the sleeve by plug or screw connection. The instrument is made of steel, titanium, aluminum, ceramic or plastic.
