摘要 <p>The needle machine comprises carriers of a needle beam (3) driven to a periodical back- and forth movement for needling a fibrous web or fleece passed through/guided through the needle machine, and transmission frames (2) arranged parallel to each other, where each carrier comprises two spaced drive connectors along its longitudinal direction. The drive connector is connected with an output element, which is moved/driven with a characteristic rotating driven wheel crank mechanism to a periodically reversing linear motion and all wheel crank mechanisms that are assigned in a common carrier. The needle machine comprises carriers of a needle beam (3) driven to a periodical back- and forth movement for needling a fibrous web or fleece passed through/guided through the needle machine, and transmission frames (2) arranged parallel to each other, where each carrier comprises two spaced drive connectors along its longitudinal direction. The drive connector is connected with an output element, which is moved/driven with a characteristic rotating driven wheel crank mechanism to a periodically reversing linear motion and all wheel crank mechanisms that are assigned in a common carrier and is operated synchronically. The wheel-crank mechanism is formed through a driven crank rotating around a first rotation axis, whose crank end rotating around the first rotation axis carries a rotating tooth wheel rotatably mounted around a second rotation axis, which receives an internal gear during the rotation around first rotation axis and rotates around the second rotation axis. The output element has an interval, which corresponds to the radius of the rotating tooth wheel. An intermediate element is rotatably connected directly or indirectly over with the rotating tooth wheel. An indirect connection of the rotating tooth wheel is connected with a rotatable wave, which rotates around the second rotational axis. A coupler is attached on the wave that carries in the interval revolving to the output element. A leveling compound is arranged on the crank and the coupler for balancing mass forces appearing in vertical direction so that the center of mass is present in the rotating gearing element on the first rotation axis to the each time point of rotation of the wheel crank mechanism. The crank of the each wheel crank mechanism is arranged on the wave turning around the first rotational axis from which drive wheels are synchronously driven. The drive wheels are formed as geared wheels and the geared wheels of the common carriers are arranged to each other and above one another in opposite direction. The common carriers are arranged in a common plane. Each needle beam/carrier is driven by a number of N 2 wheel crank mechanism. The each needle beam/carrier is connected with a first guide element in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the opposite ends, where the first guide element is guided on a second guide element in the direction of linear movement of the output element. The guide elements are formed as a guide rail and on the running/sliding carriage. The common transmission frame is arranged on the guide rail, where the transmission frame carries all wheel crank mechanism to the needle beam/carrier. A pile-/fleece guidance level is arranged over and/or under the transmission frames on plane representing on both sides of the transmission frames opposite to the pile-/fleece guidance level. The all transmission frames are fixed on two machine frames (1) common or parallel to each other and spaced to one another. The carrier is connected with the needle beam or a holder by means of two strives (8), which extend itself in the linear direction of movement, where the strives pass through a respective recess in a separation wall (7) that is arranged parallel to the needle beam, between the needle beam and the wheel crank mechanism and/or transmission frames. Labyrinth seals are provided on the recess for implementation of the strives. A stretching device is arranged on the conveyor for conveying a pile/fleece that is positioned before the needle beam, after a needle beam or between two needle beams.</p>
