PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing apparatus that improves a feeling of depth of a video only by image processing using neither an exclusive video display device nor special eyeglasses.

SOLUTION: The video processing apparatus 1 which performs processing for enhancing the feeling of depth of the video acquired by a video acquisition part 11 includes: a depth information acquisition part 12 which acquires depth information indicating distance in the depth direction of each of a plurality of video parts constituting the video; a video division part 13 which divides the video into a foreground video part and a background video part based on the depth information acquired by the depth information acquisition part 12 and the video; a frame object giving determination part 15a which determines whether a frame object for enhancing depth of the video should be given; and a video synthesis part 16 which synthesizes each video part with the frame object so that the frame object is superposed on the background video part, and the foreground video part is further superposed on the frame object when it is determined that the frame object should be given.
