PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive seamless belt having electric characteristics excellent in uniformity.

SOLUTION: The semiconductive seamless belt includes: a tubular base material layer containing base material layer-forming resin and first conductive material; a tubular elastic layer provided on an outer peripheral surface side of the base material layer and containing elastomer and second conductive material; and a tubular release layer provided on an outer peripheral surface side of the elastic layer and containing release layer-forming resin and polyaniline.
