INFORMATION PROCESSOR AND CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of reducing influence on a human body due to the radiation of radiowave without controlling the transmission power of a radio communication module.

SOLUTION: A main computer 100 includes: an antenna 210; and a switch circuit 210 for switching the resonant frequency band of the antenna 210 between a first resonant frequency band and a second resonant frequency band higher than the first resonant frequency band. When the direction of a screen image displayed on an LCD 201 is such a direction that the antenna 210 is positioned on the lower side of the screen image, the utility program 113A of the computer 100 automatically shifts the resonant frequency band of the antenna 210 from the first resonant frequency band to the second resonant frequency band by controlling the switch circuit 210.
