<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device which prevents moisture and oxygen from penetrating from the outside, and is easily applied to large-sized display devices and excellent in mass production includes: a thin film transistor having a gate electrode, an active layer insulated from the gate electrode, a source electrode insulated from the gate electrode and brought into contact with the active layer, and a drain electrode; an organic light emitting element electrically connected to the thin film transistor; and an insulating layer sandwiched between the thin film transistor and the organic light emitting element. The insulating layer includes: a first insulating layer covering the thin film transistor; a second insulating layer provided with a metal oxide on the first insulating layer; and a third insulating layer provided with a metal oxide or metal nitride on the second insulating layer.
