<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polyurethane foam which has a good vibration characteristic without combining different foams. <P>SOLUTION: In a method to manufacture a flexible polyurethane foam by reacting a polyol component with an organic polyisocyanate component under presence of a foaming agent, a catalyst and a foam adjusting agent, the polyol component contains a polymer polyol (A) obtained by polymerizing vinyl based monomers (b) in a polyol (a), or contains the (A) and a polyol (B). Polyols (a1), (a2) and (a3) having specific compositions are contained in the (a) and/or in the (B), the foaming agent consisting of water is obtained by the method, and the flexible polyurethane foam has a core density of 40-60 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, an impact resilience of 52-68%, and gas permeability of 1.0 ft<SP>3</SP>/min or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
