<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge transporting polymer suppressing the light emission of energy lower than the light emission originating in respective structures in the charge transporting polymer simultaneously including a triarylamine structure and an electron transporting structure within the same molecule, and to improve the light emission efficiency of an organic light-emitting element using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting element includes a pair of electrodes and one or more organic compound layers including a light-emitting layer, and emits light by applying a voltage between the pair of electrodes.
