PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a excellent reference brightness change curve used for TCA (time curve analysis). SOLUTION: An input part 8 of an ultrasonograph 100 sets a region of interest in a diseased region of time-series B-mode image data acquired by transmitting and receiving ultrasound to and from a region to be diagnosed of a subject to which a contrast agent is administered or a plurality of regions of interest in a normal region. A TIC or time intensity curve data generating part 5 generates the brightness change curve indicating temporal changes of the brightness in the region of interest. Next, the input part 8 selects a plurality of brightness change curves which are less affected by external noises, organ boundary surfaces, or the like out of the plurality of brightness change curves generated in the region of interest in the normal region, A TIC data synthesizing part 6 generates the reference brightness change curve by adding and averaging the plurality of selected brightness change curves. Then, a display part 7 compares the reference brightness change curve in the normal region to the brightness change curve generated in the region of interest of the diseased region and displays it.
