PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of preventing a striker provided on a door of a cab from coming into contact with an obstacle around the machine even when running or working while the door is closed and improving its workability. SOLUTION: The folding type door 22 opening and closing a getting-in-and-out doorway 21 in a cab box 13 includes the bending type striker 33, which is constituted to bend for the folding type door 22 to store it along an external face of the folding type door 22 when a worker works while closing the getting-in-and-out doorway 21 by the folding type door 22. Consequently, an engaging part 35 of the bending type striker 33 is bent and stored along the folding type door 22 when the worker works while closing the folding type door 22. As a result, amount of protrusion of the bending type striker 33 for the folding type door 22 can be suppressed to small extent to prevent it from coming into contact with an obstacle in the surroundings.
