PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide non-spherical fine particles which have an equal shape obtained by placing a droplet containing at least two phases such as a three phase droplet into a minute space and curing it and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The process includes continuously producing a droplet containing two phases comprising a non-polymerized phase and polymerized phase and introducing the droplet into a continuous liquid phase into a micro flow passage, letting the droplet pass through the micro flow passage where the shape and size are controlled in a downstream part in such a way that a substantially straight line can be obtained by connecting each phase center of gravity of non-polymerized phase and polymerized phase of the droplet, thereby making the droplet into the same shape, and then carrying out a curing process of the droplet in the micro flow passage, and polymerization process of the polymerized phase to obtain non-spherical polymer fine particles.
