PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support for on-vehicle equipment keeping the installation height of the on-vehicle equipment low. SOLUTION: This support includes: a pedestal 11 made of a plastic; a ball retainer 12 made of rubber attached to the pedestal; and an attachment 13 in linkage with the ball retainer. The pedestal has a base portion 14, and a hollow case portion 15 protrudingly provided on the upper surface side of the base portion. The case portion has an opening 15b in the front surface. The ball retainer is stored in the case portion, and has a spherical recess 12a opening in a portion opposing to the opening.
