PURPOSE: An advertisement lighting apparatus for railway vehicles is provided to rapidly replace an advertising unit which is located at the front surface of an optical panel part. CONSTITUTION: A plate shaped optical panel part is arranged between a plurality of light source and an advertising unit and diffuses light from the light source. A body(200) is installed at the inner wall of a cabin. A recess for the optical panel part is arranged on the front side of the body. A cover surrounding a part of the corner of the optical panel part is formed along the outer circumference of the body. A covering part(400) surrounds the remained part of the corner of the optical panel part.
