PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing multi-purpose sieve for processing food stuffs for the food processing is provided to steadily form the shape of the spoke sieve since the inclined peripheral surface is formed in the external periphery portion of the spoke sieve 30~45 degrees. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing the multi-purpose for the food processing includes the steps of: forming a sieve net combining portion(1c) with a constant width in an inner side of a screen frame(1); and weaving stainless steel net by using the stainless steel wire of 0.2~0.4mm diameter to 7~28 meshes. The spoke sieve(2) is manufactured by cutting the stainless steel net in the shape of the round plate. The outer peripheral portion of the spoke sieve is combined in the sieve net combining portion. An expansion and contraction of the screen frame are stabilized and is installed onto a shaping device, since the cylindrical sieve frame is coagulated 25~30°C for 24 hours. The floor of the spoke sieve is low located than the height of the sieve net combining portion by inclining downward and bending the inner periphery of a combining portion of the stainless steel spoke sieve with 30-45 degree slopes. |
