PURPOSE: A gateway for controlling a DLNA home network composed of a DLNA device is provided to enable a DLNA gateway to transmit a display or content of each device. CONSTITUTION: A home network management module(21) manages the state and operation of a DLNA device. An outside network management module(23) controls the communication between the gateway server and the DLNA device. A security/log module(24) monitors the security and performance of the DLNA gateway. The DLNA network management module transfers the information from the gateway server to the DLNA device. The DLNA network management module stores an event message according to the change of the operation of the DLNA device and state.
