<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem when reproducing both of the voice guides for a printing application and a printer each having similar voice timbre, wherein it is difficult in distinguishing which voice guide is reproduced. <P>SOLUTION: The printing application performs setting of voice data for its own printing application and for the printer with one processing by controlling both of the voice data for the printing application and the printer as set data.
