<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device capable of supplying contact force among several components that constitute it. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell is provided with a membrane electrode assembly, two gas diffusion layers, two current collectors, two sealing members and a flow field plate assembly. The membrane electrode assembly 301 has at least one membrane, and the two gas diffusion layers are combined with both sides of the membrane electrode assembly 301. The flow field plate assembly 10 is combined with the membrane electrode assembly 301, on a first side face between both side faces of the membrane electrode assembly 301. At least a part of the membrane electrode assembly 301, the two gas diffusion layers 302, the two current collectors 303, 304, or the two sealing members 20 is of a non-flat shape prior to assembling of the membrane electrode assembly 301, the two gas diffusion layers 301, 302, the two current collectors 303, 304, and the two sealing members are assembled; and are provided with a non-flat surface with at least a part made flat, when they are assembled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
