<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a coating liquid for an intermediate layer capable of imparting leak resistance to an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent liquid preservability. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, the coating liquid for the intermediate layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor is prepared via a process wherein processing liquid to be dispersed including metal oxide particles and a monomer or an oligomer capable of generating a thermosetting resin by a condensation reaction generated by heat, and having a solid content of 65-85 mass%, is subjected to dispersion processing by using a horizontal dispersion machine having a vessel and a stirring disk provided in the vessel, and a dispersion media having a particle size of 0.3-2.0 mm. The dispersion media is filled in the vessel so that a bulk filling factor of the dispersion media to the vessel capacity is 45-65%, and the stirring disk is rotated so that external circumferential speed to the maximum radius of the stirring disk is 8-15 m/s, and in this state, the processing liquid to be dispersed is sent into the vessel and then subjected to the dispersion processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
