PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraudulence preventive structure for a game machine which is capable of finding fraudulence and exhibiting a fraudulence preventing effect by securely breaking an IC tag when fraudulent opening of a board case housing a circuit board is attempted. SOLUTION: The board case 1 is constituted of a container-shaped lid member 1a for covering the circuit board 70 and a bottom member 1b for receiving the lid member. The lid member 1a and bottom member 1b are assembled in opposite directions, and end edges of side walls of the members 1a and 1b are butted on each other to close the board case 1. The IC tag 2 is stuck on outer surfaces 13 and 19 of the side walls of the lid member 1a and bottom member 1b of the closed board case 1 across the butting line L of both members 1a and 1b, and a cover member 3 which covers the IC tag 2 and to which the IC tag is stuck is locked and fixed to the board case 1.
