PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell in which a fuel cell where an fuel cell readily uses can be mounted on an electric apparatus, and to provide a secondary battery and electric apparatus.

SOLUTION: The fuel cell 100 includes: a fuel electrode; an air electrode; a membrane-electrode assembly with an electrolyte membrane sandwiched by the fuel electrode and air electrode; a fuel receiver that receives fuel supplied by the fuel electrode; a case with a fuel inlet nozzle that houses the membrane-electrode assembly and the fuel receiver and supplies the fuel to the fuel receiver; and first connection terminals CN12 and CN13 that externally output electricity generated by the membrane-electrode assembly.
