摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated winding coil binding structure for a hybrid vehicle drive motor that is a motor with a coil wound by a concentrated winding method and can keep a strong binding force between a conductor plate and the coil and has excellent workability and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The concentrated winding coil binding structure for the hybrid vehicle drive motor comprises a conductor holder in which reception grooves are formed concentrically at regular intervals; U-phase, V-phase, W-phase, and N-phase conductor plates inserted and fixed in the reception grooves, respectively; a coil penetrating the conductor holder upwards in the vertical direction, and a connection piece composed of a projecting portion attached to each conductor plate to connect the conductor plate and the coil; a bent portion bent in the radial direction of the motor from the projecting portion; and a groove portion formed in a curved surface to cover the peripheral surface of the coil from the end of the bent portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
