<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder-held type ball delivering device for shuttlecocks, the device having a function of adjusting the number of balls for practicing badminton which allows a user to take the shuttlecock out one by one and which can be used as a shuttlecock storing cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic and flexible hollow part is formed so that the diameter is larger axially than the maximum diameter of feathers of the shuttlecock. A take-out port member is formed in a lower end opening so that a head part of the shuttlecock falling through the hollow part of a cylinder is exposed and that the tips of the feathers are engaged. A curved surface is formed using a soft material on an inner surface in a minimum diameter part of the take-out port member with a contracted diameter of the cylinder. Caps are arranged in both ends of openings of the cylinder. A cover is attached to a cylinder body. A band having an adjusting function is attached to the cover, thereby: being used as the shuttlecock storing cylinder; and allowing easy transport and compact storing.
