<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an area information control system enabling optimal information provision with an indefinite number of people targeted by a display device group as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: The area information control system includes: a plurality of sensors 11, 12 and 13 each for sensing comings and goings of people in an area obtained by sectioning an aisle of a building by a sensing range of the sensor; a plurality of display devices 41, 42 and 43 located in each of areas A to G, for respectively displaying predetermined content; a people count analysis part 2 for calculating a number of people present in each of the areas A to G based on the comings and goings of people sensed by the plurality of the sensors 11, 12 and 13; and a display controller 3 for selecting content to be displayed for each of the plurality of display devices based on the number of people present in each of the areas A to G, which is calculated by the people count analysis part 2, and a rule for selecting the predetermined content to be displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
