<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type water heater which is highly usable allowing a user to recognize the optimal operation mode for the user by displaying an operation mode, that avoids shortage of hot water storage amount and improves the working efficiency, on a display immediately after the installation of the storage type water heater. <P>SOLUTION: The storage type water heater includes a heating device 2 that heats water, a hot water storage tank 1 which stores the hot water heated by the heating device 2, the display 4, and a controller 3. The controller 3, which has two or more operation modes different whether it includes at least an additional boiling operation in daytime, decides the operation mode based on a using amount data of hot water after the device installation, and displays the decided operation mode on the display 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
