<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of automatically and rapidly exchanging fluid within a reaction chamber of a biological reaction apparatus and appropriately controlling a biological reaction or a chemical reaction regardless of the degree of an operator's experience. <P>SOLUTION: In the biological reaction apparatus (10) for receiving at least one substrate having a separate cover and a sample disposed in a sample region, the reaction chamber is formed between the cover and substrate over the sample region. The apparatus (10) includes: a disposing means of disposing the substrate; a cover disposing means of disposing and moving the cover with respect to the substrate; a fluid dispensing means of dispensing fluid into the reaction chamber; and a draining mechanism, wherein the draining mechanism includes a wicking means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
