<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite particles suppressing moisture absorption and discoloring property, stabilizing characteristics, and having excellent long-term dispersibility and durability, and to provide a resin composition having the composite particles, and a wavelength converting layer and a photovoltaic device having high performance and superior reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The composite particles comprise semiconductor particles of zinc oxide and particles of an inorganic compound, wherein a lithium content is≤3 wt.%. As the composite particles have a function of changing the wavelength of emitted light with respect to the wavelength of absorbed light, the particles can be particularly used as a wavelength converting material. The composite particles 4 shown in Fig.2 contain semiconductor particles 6 and inorganic compound particles 8, wherein as one example of the distribution state of the particles 6, 8, the semiconductor particles 6 and the inorganic compound particles 8 are aggregated (adsorbed) to one another. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
