PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or reduce exposure of a sag of a skin material at the time when a seat is bent in the middle. SOLUTION: The skin material 6S has a first skin portion 11 covering a first part 61, a second skin portion 12 covering a second part 62 and a connecting portion 14 connecting the first skin portion 11 with the second skin portion 12 together. The stiffness of a covering member 20 is set higher than the stiffness of the skin material 6S to concentrate the sag of the skin material 6S on the connecting portion 14 when the second part 62 is bent to the first part 61, and to cover the connecting portion 14 with the covering member 20.
