PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming body which can be made to be fully small in thickness and which reproduces a stereoscopic image in which image deterioration due to the influence of illumination light is small. SOLUTION: The image forming body has a plurality of anisotropic diffusion reflectors arrayed adjacently on a substrate, wherein the anisotropic diffusion reflectors have a reflection layer laminated at least on a resin layer, the resin layer has a plurality of projection parts formed on its surface, the projection parts have a different length in its orthogonally crossing long side and short side, and the plurality of projection parts are arranged in parallel and with an equal pitch.
