PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity sensor capable of improving a detection accuracy of physical quantity. SOLUTION: The physical quantity sensor includes a bridge resistance type physical quantity detection element for generating a voltage based on a bias current and the physical quantity, a current supply circuit for supplying the bias current to the physical quantity detection element, and a leakage current contermeasure circuit for applying a leakage current, flowing when the switch of the current supply circuit is in an off-state, to a ground terminal.
