<p>The transmitter has chemical seal housings (1-3) with membrane beds (11, 31, 51), which are inserted into an opening. A tubular body is provided with an annular membrane, which is attached to the membrane beds or to the tubular body in a fluid-tight manner. A temperature sensor stays in direct contact with a measuring material at direct proximity of a membrane, which is made of tantalum, titanium and nickel. The latter membrane comprises a central hole (32) for accommodating the temperature sensor, where the hole is centrally or eccentrically arranged.</p> |
