The present invention discloses a method for rapid detection of nucleic acid, comprising the following steps: immobilizing the primers on the electrodes of Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM), configuring the reaction system of loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) in the detection pool of the QCM, and conducting on-line detection by QCM technique during the isothermal reaction.
