CONSTITUTION: In a light emitting device, a light emitting device package and a method for fabricating the same, a base layer(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A first light emitting structure(A) is formed on the base layer. A non-conductive semiconductor layer(160) is formed on the first light emitting structure. A second light emitting structure(B) is formed on the non-conductive semiconductor layer. A common electrode(165) is electrically connected to the first light emitting structure and the second light emitting structure.
