PURPOSE: A heat-inducing cooking vessel, and guide and support devices for the cooking vessel are provided to enhance combustion efficiency since while combustion gas moves up along the outer wall of the cooking vessel along the guide device and then is discharged through a discharge hole, the side and lid of the cooking vessel are re-heated. CONSTITUTION: A heat-inducing cooking vessel comprises a body(110), a lid(120), a guide device(130) and a guide unit(150). The body comprises a food storage unit(111). The lid exposes/hides the upper part of the body. A support unit(140) is installed on the lower end of the guide device. The guide unit is installed around the handle(H1) of the lid. The incombustible gas of a burner(B) and food smell are discharged to a discharge hole(131) through the outside of the body and a transfer path(P) and then are guided right onto the center of the body. The incombustible gas of the burner(B) and food smell are externally exhausted by a kitchen fan(F). The discharged incombustible gas is guided right upwardly by the guide unit. |
