PURPOSE: A broiling oven is provided to reduce the size of a transparent cover by a part hidden by a reflecting plate since the vertex of the transparent cover is deviated to the vertex of a lid. CONSTITUTION: A broiling oven comprises a body, a broiling plate, a reflecting plate and a lid. The body forms an inner wall, an outer wall and an oil tray. The inner wall forms a heat transfer hole. The outer wall protects the outside of the inner wall. The oil tray connects the inner wall to the outer wall. The broiling plate forms a heat inlet and an oil discharge hole. The heat inlet and the heat transfer hole are communicated. The reflecting plate is arranged right over the heat inlet. The lid covers the broiling plate. The lid comprises a transparent cover(161A) and a lid body(163A) The transparent cover is mounted on the lid body. The vertex of the transparent cover is deviated to the vertex of the lid body. |
