PURPOSE: A segment press roll is provided to enlarge the roll regardless of the outer diameter of a material and to easily manufacture, assemble, and repair the roll. CONSTITUTION: A segment press roll comprises a central shaft(10), multiple segment rolls(20), connection pieces(30), and coupling covers(40). The central shaft is composed of a roll unit and a rotary shaft. The rotary shaft is coupled to the center of the roll unit. The segment rolls are coupled to the central shaft and consecutively form press rolls in a circumferential direction. The connection pieces connect the segment rolls to the roll unit. The coupling covers are attached on the segment rolls.
